-Can you please introduce yourself and tell us about your background?
My name is Charline Bucari, I am 31 years old, I am married and mother of a 3 year old little girl, and soon of a second little girl who will arrive in April 2024! I was a Dietician - Nutritionist for a long time, and passed a BTS in dietetics in 2012, since then I have trained in many other methods & techniques in order to expand my practice, but especially as my life and my own needs progress! I practiced Luxopuncture, an Infrared Reflexology method, then in addition I became a Certified Coach in personal development to support all types of people mainly in weight loss. I then discovered in 2020, the Renata Franca Method, a practice of Brazilian body and facial care, massage, mainly in lymphatic drainage. This allowed me to reconnect with my body, to support my patients in an even more global way, with in parallel my training in Godess Yoga, a Yoga practice combining yoga & movement, to guide women towards emotional liberation and letting go through the body. And today I am also training in the France Guillain Method, bringing together different important points on the basics of healthy living (anti-inflammatory diet, derivative baths, clay, sun).
-How has motherhood impacted your vision of feminine balance and hormones?
Motherhood & especially my postpartum which was difficult, opened my eyes to the importance of feeling good physically, mentally and emotionally to be able to take care of a little baby who depends only on us. Becoming a mother was one of the most important challenges for me, I needed to understand what was happening in my body, which greatly affected my morale, my patience and my energy. Finding a balance then became a PRIORITY for me.
-Can you tell us about your method for revealing feminine power?
I don't have a method as such. I would say that I have different tools at my disposal today to help women achieve well-being, or rather better-being. Whether it is physical with the massages of the Renata Franca Method, and/or emotional through my feelings & my support, as well as Goddess Yoga, or even the France Guillain method which also allows you to find balance naturally through a lifestyle adapted to YOURSELF.
-What is Godess Yoga?
Goddess Yoga is a yoga practice combining different types of yoga (kundalini, power yoga, vinyasa...) and movement. It is practiced with music, and only between women, because the goal is to feel completely safe, soothed, and free to let go of our body, our emotions and just enjoy. Letting go of the mind, that's what we're looking for!
-What massages do you practice and what are the links with your philosophy?
The massages I practice are only those of the Renata Franca Method, a Brazilian method! I was able to train in Marseille AND in Brazil, directly with Renata Franca the founder! I am trained in the 5 treatments of the Renata Franca Method:
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Miracle Touch (lymphatic drainage & remodeling)
- Remodeling
- Miracle Face
- Relaxing
My philosophy is similar to that of comprehensive support. You can't take care of your body without taking care of your mind, and vice versa. The Renata Franca Method allows me to support my patients through body care, it also allows them to reconnect with their own body, through touch, but also for them, to feel better physically if there is discomfort, and therefore emotionally, because they feel better, it's a virtuous circle.
-What advice would you like to share with women for a balanced life?
Take the time to take care of them. Set their pillars, their limits, with others but especially also with themselves.
We all have fast-paced lives, fast-paced emotions, and varying energy. We just have to be aware of it. We can't change what we're not aware of. Awareness, of the body, of emotions, is in my opinion the gateway to better well-being. But be careful, no pressure, we have time, we're not "obliged" to be perfect and balanced in all circumstances. We also have the right to have a good cry in our bed, it feels good!
-Can you tell us about the opening of the Bucari house?
Maison Bucari is my new space. At home, separate from my house, it is my cocoon. I stayed in my old space for 4 years, I felt very good there, but I was not at home. Today, having the chance to welcome my patients in a space that resembles me, in my house, is also opening my heart, my body, my energy to them, to support them, accompany them, massage them, or just listen to them. In a space where they will feel sufficiently listened to, seen, and safe, to just feel good and powerful.
This is Maison Bucari, this is me.
-A little mantra to share with us?
I don't have a mantra haha. I just firmly believe that you can't change what you're not aware of. And that we ourselves are the only people we're sure to spend our whole life with, so it's high time to take care of ourselves.
