Carole"I no longer recognized myself, constantly irritable, with disturbed sleep and exasperating hot flashes. Thanks to you, I found my true self again. Thank you."
CatherineThank you OCLIMAE has changed my life! No more hot flashes at night. Finally restful nights...
Start your treatment at any time during your menstrual cycle. Take 2 capsules every day, in the evening, with a large glass of water.
You will feel beneficial effects from the end of the first treatment. However, hormonal rebalancing takes place in depth and can take several months.
A 3-month treatment allows for deep rebalancing, meaning effects and well-being that last over time.
Composition, plants, vitamins and minerals
Black cohosh
A North American plant, black cohosh is also known as cimicifuga. Its rhizomes, underground parts, are used to combat the effects of menopause, particularly hot flashes, sleep disturbances and irritability.
Griffonia
This plant is native to Africa. The seeds are mainly used, as they are rich in 5-HTP or 5-hydroxytryptophan, an amino acid known to be a precursor to serotonin, which is involved in regulating mood and sleep.
Maca
Maca is a tuber that resembles a large white radish, once used by the Incas to toughen warriors. Maca, also called Peruvian ginseng, is an adaptogenic plant that improves sexual desire.
Bamboo
The exudate of the bamboo shoot is rich in silica which is notably used in the composition of cartilage and bone. It therefore contributes to bone strength and joint comfort.
Zinc Bisglycinate
Zinc is involved in a multitude of actions in our body. It is particularly essential for converting 5-HTP into serotonin: a hormone of well-being and having an impact on our thermoregulation (hot flashes).
Manganese bisglycinate
Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the maintenance of normal bones and connective tissue.
Copper sulfate
Copper contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal transport of iron in the blood and normal functioning of the immune system as well as the protection of our cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamin B6
Contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion by promoting the absorption of magnesium. It also helps regulate hormonal activity
Vitamin B9
Like vitamin B6, it contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 reduces bone mineral loss in postmenopausal women, a risk factor for osteoporosis-related fractures, and maintains normal muscle function. It also allows for better absorption of magnesium.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12, mainly present in our diet of animal origin, contributes to normal psychological functions (notably in the production of serotonin: our neurotransmitter of mood, serenity). It contributes to the normal formation of our red blood cells, to the normal functioning of our immune system and to reducing fatigue.
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B3, also called vitamin PP, is essential in the activation of a multitude of enzymatic reactions.
