NO BLUES, food supplements to help you regain a peaceful life after giving birth
Thanks to the feedback from all the women we have supported over the past few years, we have developed the formulas that we dreamed of being able to recommend in pharmacies.
FOR WHOM?
Each woman experiences her postpartum period in a unique way.
But sometimes this change in life can be accompanied by unexplained emotional fluctuations and/or more or less marked physical fatigue.
Irritability, mood swings, alternating episodes of joy with episodes of crying without any particular explanation, fatigue, anxiety... are all disorders that can manifest themselves after childbirth.
The drop in hormones, the transition from pregnant woman to mother, the influx of emotions... explain this fatigue, both physical and/or psychological, which affects many women after giving birth.
Hormonal cause
The baby blues are the result of “adrenal exhaustion” due to chronic stress (lack of sleep, hormonal drops, etc.)
The over-use of cortisol to “hold out” gradually induces a lack of production of cortisol and dopamine

Composition, plants, vitamins and minerals
Oats are native to Central Europe, the aerial parts of oats are very nutritious and are used as a mineral potentiator, due to its richness in silica, minerals (iron, manganese, zinc) & vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6). Oats are also very interesting for their tonic fortifying, anti-fatigue and calming nervousness activities.
Blackcurrant is native to Europe, blackcurrant leaves are very interesting for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. They are also known to strengthen resistance to stress
Tyrosine is an amino acid precursor of our dopamine which gives it a "boost" effect on the mind. Taking it in the morning on an empty stomach is recommended for optimal effectiveness.
Magnesium Citrate is the number 1 anti-stress: it regulates the storage and release of serotonin (neurotransmitter of serenity). It is essential because it participates in more than 300 enzymatic reactions that intervene in energy-producing reactions. In the event of intense, prolonged stress, there is a loss of magnesium at the renal level, which leads to acidification of our body and its procession of inconveniences. Its citrate form allows it good bioavailability and very good tolerance at the digestive level.
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B3 is very important in the production of energy in our body. It contributes to the proper functioning of our nervous system, promotes normal psychological functions and reduces fatigue. The intake of this vitamin is done through our diet, in particular through tryptophan which is an amino acid found in our animal proteins.
Vitamin B5
Contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal intellectual capacities and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is essential for the production of energy in our cells, the transport of oxygen in our blood. It also participates in the synthesis of vitamin D, which has many very interesting properties for our body.
Vitamin B6
Contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion by promoting the absorption of magnesium in our cells. It also helps regulate hormonal activity by promoting the production of serotonin (the feel-good hormone) and melatonin (the sleep hormone).
Vitamin B2
Like other B vitamins, vitamin B2 is essential for the proper functioning of our energy metabolism, as well as for the normal functioning of the nervous system, promoting the production of serotonin and dopamine (hormones of well-being, motivation, etc.)
Vitamin B1
Vitamin B1 boosts energy production in our body, contributes to the maintenance of normal psychological and cardiac functions. It also promotes the proper functioning of our nervous system.
Vitamin B9
Just like vitamin B6 and other B vitamins, it contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. It also helps regulate hormonal activity by promoting the production of serotonin (the feel-good hormone) and melatonin (the sleep hormone).
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12, mainly present in our diet of animal origin, contributes to normal psychological functions (notably in the production of serotonin: our neurotransmitter of mood, serenity). It contributes to the normal formation of our red blood cells, to the normal functioning of our immune system and to reducing fatigue.
B vitamins are therefore essential for the production of energy and neurotransmitters (feel-good hormones). They improve sleep, concentration, recovery, anxiety and help combat the harmful effects of stress on the brain.
