Why did you reference Equilibrist and what are the patient feedbacks on our natural range to relieve women's ailments? Marion answers our questions.

- Hello Marion, can you introduce yourself and explain to us why you chose to implement Equilibrist in your pharmacy?
I am Marion, a qualified pharmacist for 7 years, specializing in phytotherapy, aromatherapy and healthy food and micronutrition. I work in Saint-Etienne at the Bergson pharmacy and at the same time I give consultations on food rebalancing and supplementation (micronutrition, plants and essential oils).
Our pharmacy is a neighborhood pharmacy, halfway between the Saint-Etienne public hospital and the city center, which encourages traffic. But we mainly have a neighborhood clientele, which we put at the center of our concerns, and with whom we create a bond of trust.
We implemented Equilibrist in the first few months of launch for several reasons: the quality of the formulas, the readability of the products and the fact that we had no equivalent or alternative in pharmacies!
- How is Equilibrist received by your patients?
The reception was done in 2 stages, we had to succeed in getting our patients to talk to us openly about their hormonal problems (it seems crazy but it is not that easy!) to be able to recommend the Equilibrist product. Then we only had good feedback and thanks!
- What is the favorite Equilibrist formula that you like to recommend?
My favorite formula is Opéka, irregular cycles and persistent acne are very common symptoms at the counter and I am delighted to finally have an effective and quality alternative to recommend!
